Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Trypayhub website and the Trypayhub localized checkout service. By using the site or the service, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Acceptance of these terms
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, and we will refresh the date shown above.
The service
Trypayhub provides a localized checkout layer that connects to a merchant's own payment processors. We handle presentment — showing each shopper the right local payment methods, prices in their own currency, and a translated flow — while settlement of funds is carried out by the merchant's own processors. Trypayhub does not itself take possession of, hold, or settle merchant funds.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the website and service lawfully and not to misuse them. In particular, you must not:
- Use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful transactions.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of our providers.
- Circumvent authentication, fraud-prevention, or security controls such as SCA and 3-D Secure.
- Infringe the rights of others or use the service in breach of applicable law or scheme rules.
Fees
Fees for the service are described in your commercial agreement and summarized on our pricing page. Fees charged by your own payment processors and by local payment schemes are separate and remain your responsibility. Please see our pricing page for current details.
Third-party payment providers
The service relies on third-party payment service providers and local payment schemes to process transactions. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or decisions. Settlement, payouts, and chargebacks are handled through those providers.
Intellectual property
The website, the service, and all related software, design, and content are owned by PAYHUB LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms; nothing here transfers ownership to you.
Disclaimers
The website and service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trypayhub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seat of the contracting entity, PAYHUB LLC, 312 W 2nd St, Unit 3945, Casper, WY 82601, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The specific governing law and competent courts will be confirmed in your commercial agreement.
Changes to the service or terms
